Peach & Burrata Salad

Ripe summer peaches, creamy burrata, peppery arugula, and prosciutto drizzled with honey and aged balsamic — a salad that looks like a painting and takes 15 minutes to assemble.

Instructions

  1. 1

Arrange the arugula over a large serving platter as the base.

  2. 2

Scatter the peach slices over the arugula in an even layer.

  3. 3

Tear the prosciutto into loose, flowing pieces and drape over the peaches.

  4. 4

Place the burrata balls in the centre of the platter. Tear them open gently so the creamy interior spills out.

  5. 5

Scatter the toasted nuts over the salad.

  6. 6

Drizzle the olive oil, balsamic, and honey over everything. Season generously with flaky sea salt and cracked black pepper. Scatter with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
